Address: Shipping Products must be sent to the address you specify in your order, unless otherwise agreed.

Tracking: You can track the status of shipments on the "Order Tracking" page on the Platform.
Delivery period: Delivery of the product depends on the availability of the product. "French Lady" will make every reasonable effort to deliver Products quickly, but you hereby acknowledge that there is a possibility that a Product will become unavailable when the Platform is updated or an order or Product is updated. The delivery period provided is an estimate and delays can occur. If delivery of your Product is delayed due to Product unavailability, "French woman" notifies you by e-mail and your Product will be sent as soon as it becomes available to the Seller. The delivery period is not essential, and "French Lady" are not responsible for late submissions.
Delivery using services other than shipping services that work with us is possible by making prior agreements.
We will do the packing well. The goods will be wrapped in plastic containers and wrapped using bubble plastic to reduce the effects of collisions.
Goods are sent after all payment matters have been paid
The receipt number will be informed to the buyer as soon as the item is sent.
We do not ship to P.O. Box
We are not responsible for the wrong address that we have received, so buyers are expected to send accurate information about their full name, address, zip code and telephone number that can be contacted.
